Hello! I am Emaan Amir, a Junior majoring in Accounting and Finance. I know firsthand that presentations and class participation can feel overwhelming at first - I’ve been there too. However, with time, practice and most importantly the right support, I’ve grown much more confident, and I truly believe that anyone can improve with just a little push in the right direction. As your CP Tutor, my goal is to help you feel more confident, clear, and comfortable when it comes to class participation and presentations. Whether you need tips, practice, or just someone to talk things through with, I’ve got your back. Looking forward to working with all of you!

Hello! I’m Hassan, a senior at LUMS majoring in Accounting and Finance. Back in my first year, CP felt like one of the toughest parts of university life. I would often know the answer but hold myself back from speaking up, second-guessing how I’d sound or worrying if I was framing my thoughts correctly. Presentations felt even more daunting standing in front of a room full of people and trying to stay confident wasn’t easy. 

But with time, I realized that these struggles weren’t unique to me, many students felt the same way. By pushing myself to participate little by little, preparing more intentionally, and reflecting on what worked, I began to see progress. CP slowly shifted from being something I dreaded to something I could handle with confidence. 

As a CP Tutor, I want to help others who might be going through the same challenges. Whether it’s overcoming the fear of speaking up, organizing your thoughts in a clear way, or delivering presentations without the nerves taking over, I’ll be there to guide you. Communication is a skill, and like any skill, it can be learned, practiced, and mastered with a little effort. I look forward to helping you build it step by step.
