I’m Zarmeen, an MGS senior (ex-intended ACF one, but that’s just how unpredictable LUMS is - you never know when trajectories and choices switch, so don’t be afraid to make one !). As a peer advisor I plan to help you kickstart the most memorable 4 years of your life - full of consistent growth yet, effortlessly enjoyable !
Truth be told, you will pass through both: rewarding and laborious times. There’s no cheat code to pave your way through the courses. The crux is to never stop working hard! Be patient, set your goals, put in the required effort and in no time you’ll see yourself not just exceeding your expectations but exceling at whatever it is. Remember: “It does not matter how slowly you go as long as you do not stop.” Don’t forget to make the best of any opportunity thrown at your way. Never shy away from reaching out for help- the solution to the problem you’re frazzled about may already exist in someone else’s list of experiences ! LUMS an incredible place for not just professional growth but discovering your potentials and internalizing your strengths.
