Hello first years, congratulations on making it to LUMS. I hope your next four years here will be amazing with opportunities for you to learn and grow as individuals.
I’m a rising senior majoring in Management Sciences while also trying to make the most of my electives to take courses on education, psychology, and anthropology.
Apart from binge-watching my favourite shows and cooking delicious food, you'll find me talking about my life-long ambition to start my own cafe. I have served in the Directorate of two societies, which have been quite wholesome experiences.
I’ll leave you guys with one small piece of advice which was helped me grow beyond what I had ever thought: seek discomfort. Look for opportunities that challenge you, don’t be afraid to take risks (or that course that seems very scary). Find what excites you. You only get one shot at an undergraduate experience so make the most out it.
