I, Fatima Ayub, warmly welcomes you to your new home. I am a junior currently majoring in Accounting and Finance. I have experienced and achieved a lot from LUMS. I am Director Finance and Registration of PhotoLUMS and have been placed on the Dean Honours List of 2017-2018.
Coming to LUMS was the best decision of my life, although this decision came with its challenges especially during freshmen year but these challenges help you grow. You will not get your 4 years of university life back so make the most of them. Do not miss out any chance to make memories here. Do not miss out any trips, get into the best societies here, eat, live, socialize and most importantly STUDY! Try to take your grades and social life together because both are important in their own way. Focus on learning rather than grades, explore LUMS to the fullest.
This institute have a lot of opportunities so just take advantage of it and groom your personality everyday. Last three pieces of advice. Be Punctual, determined to achieve your targets, and stay happy because this short journey would end with the blink of an eye.
