Hello everyone! My name is Afan Imran and first of all I would like to congratulate you guys for making it to LUMS! The 4 years that lie ahead, if spent right, can be the most fulfilling years of your life and shape you to be a better person! Therefore its imperative that you seek the right advice at the right time and that’s where I come in!
I am a SDSB senior majoring in accounting and finance and I have also taken up the ACCA programme that is offered to SDSB students at LUMS! I have grown up watching and playing cricket and my passion for the game is unparalleled! I can spend hours talking about the game and how the Pakistan Cricket Team is the best in the world! I am also passionate about community service and using my knowledge to educate those who are not as privileged as I am! I was Assistant Director for one the departments in the Lums Community Service Society (LCSS) last year and it was an experience I thoroughly enjoyed and I believe it shaped me to be a better person! I have made it to the Dean’s Honour List for 3 years now and that’s something I take great pride in it as it is an acknowledgment of all the hard work that has been put in!
